Pete's Fish & Chips

Had a good burger there. They have singles, doubles, and triples. They only accept cash. There is an ATM on site. Outside dining under cover. Fries were so-so.

Pete's Fish & Chips in Mesa is a Great! Eating Establishment! Like the one's in Tempe, Phoenix and the other locations throughout the Phoenix Metro Area! Probably one of the Earliest restaurants to offer Seafood eatery in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area? That's why Local Natives enjoy it Soo Much!!... I Do! For the past 50 yrs!! 👍👍

I've been going to this Pete's location (Mesa) since I was a kid (1970's). The original building was closer to main street before the city decided to place a piece of bent metal painted yellow (art) on the corner. I have tried other local "fish and chips" joints but nothing compares to Pete's!! I usually get a 15 piece shrimp and chips with a 3 ounce Pete's sauce and large root beer. I get the extra sauce so I can dunk the shrimp all the way in. Delicious 👌

4 stars for nostalgia. Pete's has been around a long time. Been going since I was a kid and now we take our kids. Honestly there are thousand better options but its a place you crave and we love it. Simple menu that they've been banging out forever. Low prices, cash only, old-school place you want to support and a must try. ATM on sight for cash.
