Wow! We just had dinner are Jim N Nick’s in cool springs and we had the best time! The food was great! We were literally treated like royalty by the whole staff! Alexandria was our service and she was the sweetest! She was very prompt with everything and kept our drinks full the entire time! Best experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time!!

The BBQ chicken tasted fantastic, the ribs were grilled too dark for me. Sides were good. Our waiter (from Louisiana) was very attentive but "acted"/talked a bit too much.
Will definitely eat there again!

I understand there is a shortage in help right now. Please do a better job of training who you get to work. I come from service industry and this staff is so rude. The menu has shrunk again. Not sure how they stay open. At least at this location. Go somewhere else. Spoke with manager and he made it right. Changed to 4 stars

The smoked wings are excellent, as are the chicken,Turkey, and ribs.

It’s hard to pick a therapist that will work for both the husband and the wife. We were fortunate to find the Gateway Group. I highly recommend their services.

We are working with Justine and she is just great! We feel comfortable with her and her approach. She has flexible hours and is very accommodating to our busy schedule
