Both my son and myself had our hearing checked at this facility. We’ve been here before, two years ago, but it was being run by different people. Well, all I can say, is that it was very pleasant dealing both with front desk and having hearing tested again, to find our there wasn’t hearing loss in either of us! I felt is was more thorough than my first visit in 2019. This is a husband and wife team that were very friendly and professional and I highly recommend to anyone to go here you will not be disappointed! Especially being told that my son’s hearing wasn’t declining, as we were told before, and we were very concerned, and we can now be relieved it’s all good! It’s 5 stars from us, it was two great experiences thank you!

Ben is very personable and knowledgeable. The Starkey hearing aids he sold me are great! Ben listens, makes a few adjustments, and I'm hearing great! He even squeezed me in one time to adjust my in-ear announcement volume levels. Tanya handles the office and is very friendly.

He was very knowledgeable when it came to the Starkey products which proved helpful in getting me the right set of hearing aids. I have had my Aids since 2015. Recently I moved to Mesa and I went to Sound Point. The service that I received was exceptional. I went there to have my hearing re-tested and if necessary have the Aids adjusted. The doctor did a though exam and he spent time with me explaining the explaining every aspect of the testing process. My Aid needed to be adjusted and I left a happy camper.
