(May 18, 2020, 9:54 pm)Mark Carvalho and Kristin Carvalho were a true pleasure to work with. This team was very professional and communicated very well the processes they were leading in listing my home as well as managing it as a property investment.
Kristin's knowledge and ability to push for the right terms is commendable. Detail oriented, she helped ensure peace of mind for my wife and I during both the property management process and sale of our home. In fact, she managed a massive project that needed to be completed all the while we lived 2000 miles away!! The best part is that she did all of this hard work in the background for us making sure to keep us happy and stress free. Thank you Kristin for all you have done for us. We certainly will continue a relationship.

(December 10, 2015, 2:01 pm)Being new to Phoenix (and Arizona), I really needed a knowledgeable agent/team to work on my behalf and find me an appropriate home in the greater Phoenix area. Mark and his team know their stuff, and I couldn't have been more comfortable and pleased with the entire process and ultimately the house they found me in Gilbert.
Mark's very thorough consultation really helped to define exactly what I was looking for. From there, it becomes apparent pretty quick that he and his team look out for their clients' best interests -- they worked on my time and within my comfort levels, providing grounded advice and information both proactively and whenever I asked. No rush, no hassles...and complete transparency with both me and the seller.
They're also a true partner, as post-sale they have been great in assisting me with multiple recommendations for insurance, utilities, etc.
A truly professional outfit and really nice people.
I'd also like to call out their office manager, Adriana, who has been so helpful and efficient through everything - making sure all the support work that goes into buying a home was easy and prompt. Thanks Mark, Adriana...and thank you Carvalho Real Estate.
