  We have been going here for 15+ years with no problems. We recently had an issue with a lost suit and no return phone calls and feeling like we were hitting a wall. Once we got in contact with Doug, the owner, he reviewed our attempts to correspond with his manager and saw we were not being taken care of. He made things right. It's nice to see that a small business owner is willing to take care of his customers. Thanks Doug for helping resolve the issue. It was very much appreciated. We wish you continued success as you take over customer care.
