(April 26, 2023, 12:14 am)I just relocated to Mesa from Chicago, where I was a member of The Salem Baptist Church of Chicago for 37 years. Finding another church was my biggest concern. The Word Church felt like home on my 1st visit. The teaching is phenomenal! 👏 🙌

(October 22, 2017, 4:34 pm)Been looking for a place for my family to worship where we can stay engaged and grow in our faith. First service was enough to bring us back. It is the place of worship my family needed! I've grown up in church and happen to be a PK. The presence of the LORD was not only in the building but was felt through every aspect from song to prayer to the word... even in giving. Keep blessing. We will be back and who knows what the future holds. Genuine family is hard to find.
(May 21, 2015, 8:09 pm)I've looked for years to find a church where I simply feel at home; not a fashion show and Canaan is home for me. The extremely welcoming and loving atmosphere you experience here is how church is suppose to feel. Pastor Fort has an outstanding way of explaining the Bible and God in ways you can relate, understand and enjoy; no falling asleep here. I enjoy sunrise service but whichever service you choose to engage in (even Bible study) just know you will get your fill and be blessed.
