Dr Reed is great. Haven't always had the best expierences with the office staff. But the potential frustration is worth seeing a consistently reliable eye Dr. He also was kind enough to remind the office staff to add a self payer discount to my bill so I wouldn't have to ask.
Recently I was assisted by Dr. James Reed and his office staff and was an outstanding experience. The Doctor and all the personal have a great customer service and care. I am so happy with the courtesy we all received at Dr James Reed’s office. What a kind manner he used for my family ranging from 16yr to 8yr. He gave me detailed explanations to well inform me of my kids’ care. There was no condescending talk regarding 1 son who lost his glasses for a period of time. Just kindness. Thank you.

This was the best experience we've had with an eye doctor! The staff was super friendly. There was minimal paper work and we didn't even wait 5 minutes! Dr Reed was very nice, helpful, and honest. They had a huge selection of glasses and they even showed us the ones our insurance covered just to be helpful. I would totally recommend this eye doctor to friends!
