Very good support, he provided additional videos of the inside and outside and was very professional and responded quickly to our inquiries. We flew from Minnesota to Arizona to look at the rv in person, pictures and videos were true to the actual rv. When we decided to buy the administrative team was very friendly, kind and fast. Allan the technician gave us a very detailed instructions on the rv and walked us through everything. In summary we had a great experience and fully recommend Specialty Rv of Mesa Arizona.

(February 8, 2023, 9:26 am)Now that we have completed our second purchase from specialty rv I still couldn't be more than pleased . Alfonso and Chris are really the best to deal with. Unfortunately our first rv due to unfortunate circumstances was a total loss. Alfonso and his team really had the up most patients during our second buying experience. They are truly a 1 and a million team! I'd never go anywhere else, thanks again guys!
(December 10, 2021, 9:30 pm)My wife and I were looking for a Class A gas motorhome and saw a couple for sale at Specialty RV. I called and spoke to Colin to get information on the units since I live 400 miles away. He told me that if I would like, he would do a video of the unit that we were interested in and I would be able to ask any questions about anything not shown in the pictures.
I came down about a week later with my wife and without a previous appointment, Colin welcomed us and asked about our particular wants in a class A.
We found the unit that fit our needs perfectly. Our transaction was completed by Chris who went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied with the new home. Delivery and total explanation of how everything works and the process to operate systems was done my Allen. He is extremely proficient in the art of making you feel comfortable with the purchase. We were told by all people at the dealership that if any questions came up to simply give them a call. By far the best experience you can have when buying a product that you don't buy everyday. Thank you again to all your staff for exceptional service
