Steward Emergency Center

The staff and hospitality was tremendous. Male nurse who I can’t remember his name at the moment was great. Dr. Teicht was great too. The other Dr who took care of me in the beginning was good as well. Thank you for having such a great hospital.

My son broke his arm at school when we found this gem. No wait time to be seen. Doctor was great, nurses were amazing, and the receptionist on point with everything.
We have been to a few different hospitals around the valley and this is first time I feel like we were treated like people and not a number.

I needed to go to the emergency room, and didn't want to wait for hours like some large hospital emergency rooms. I had taken a friend to Steward in the past and was impressed, so I asked to be taken there. I was assessed by a nurse within 2 minutes of arriving and by a doctor in less than 15 minutes after my arrival. The staff were great! I am definitely pleased with the care I received.

I need to be seeing in the emergency and I was not planning to wait 3 to 4 hrs in the other hospital. I came there I was check in within 5 minutes I was out going in home with in 1hr and 1/2 with the correct diagnosis and I was treated with respect and kindness and everyone was friendly and helpful, and they had compaction of my needs at that time. I give them 5 stars and a 10 and highly recommend them.

Walking in with severe abdominal pain.
My husband was able to give the receptionist all of my info.
I got back to a room within 8 minutes.
Within 3 minutes, I had a nurse placing my iv. Very thankful, the pain at the time was 10/10 .
One stick!! Thank you nurse!
After that, my pain was still not controlled. The nurse and doc talked. The nurse and doc worked together to control my pain and it was successful.
