  I came to Tylan with the goal of addressing multiple structural problems, many related to surviving to age 70.
  
  In the past 10 years, I have been to 3 practitioners of structural integration, as well as a Hellerwork practitioner. Most of them addressed whatever symptom I came to the session with successfully, but only for a time, -- and most of the treatments were painful.
  
  Not so with Tylan. His treatments rarely involve any discomfort and I am seeing progress: more being in my body, better balance, more resilience, less pain, better function. He is knowledgeable, intuitive, gifted, effective ... as well as respectful, adaptive, and ... although I am likely twice as old as him ... wise. I don't know if he does this with others, but he shares what his life experience, research, and awesomely analytical mind have discovered. I SO look forward to my sessions!

  I have never done had a rolfing session before and was hesitant simply because I heard it can be painful. I had a shoulder issue that wouldn't go away no matter how much bodywork I had to resolve it. Therefore I was willing to try rolfing.
  
  Tylan does amazing work! He has the philosophy of less is more and works with the tissue instead of fighting or forcing the tissue. His ability to read what is going on in my body and provide the bodywork needed is exactly what my body needed. He is professional and explains what he is sensing and doing. His work is effective and profound. During my sessions we were able to resolve somatic issues that were so old that I had grown numb to their existence.

  Tylan came highly recommend by my sister-in-law, who is a well respected Yoga instructor in the east valley. I’ve had 4 sessions now. I’m so so so happy with results. I have never experienced Rolfing before this... it’s been amazing. I feel and see visible changes.

  I have seen Mr. Hadlock on numerous occasions for various physical injuries (from martial arts) and he's been able to get me moving again and pain free.
  Shoulder immobility and tightness , back pain, torn groin, and torn cartilage in my sternum...he's seen me for all of it and I've been extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend his services even for general maintenance. Thank you Mr. Hadlock for getting me moving again!

  I have only been twice and really feel the benefits. I'm looking forward to additional sessions. Price may seem high but the relief I've felt has been worth it. Unlike a chiropractor, I have not felt the need to return as frequently. The benefits are lasting which helps manage the cost. Tylan is very professional and puts you at ease. His guidance and suggestions are very helpful.
