  Absolutely "No Bull!"
  
  My wife and I were searching for new cars for the last month or so. During my normal Facebook scrolling one day, a car popped up in my news feed that caught our attention which was a 2022 Cinnabar Metallic Buick Envision. We both liked the color and I pulled up the Earnhardt Buick GMC website. The car we saw indicated that it was in transit. I sent an online inquiry about the car and it was all smooth sailing from there. I was contacted via text (I asked to be) from the Earnhardt Buick GMC internet director named Sarah. I asked specifically when they expected the car to be on the lot. Sarah found the car, took pictures of it, sent pictures of the window sticker, and answered any and ALL of the questions I had. Sarah also initiated an excellent "Out The Door Price." My wife and I started reading reviews about this particular dealership and they are all great. Between Sarah and the reviews, this level of service absolutely got us in their door and we made an appointment to see the car.
  
  We went to the dealership just after 11am on September 3rd. Sarah even checked on us via text prior to our arrival. Upon entry, we were introduced to Tom who was the assigned sales associate for our appointment. Tom took us just right outside where they had the car in question ready for a test drive! We took the car for a spin and returned. Sarah, the gal responsible for getting us into the door, came over and met us which was really nice.
  
  Finally, we started negotiating with Tom. I had some concerns about the negotiation and that is when Chad, the sales manager, came over to us and helped us understand any questions we had. A couple of times Chad left us by ourselves to discuss things over and he promptly returned when we were ready to talk with him again. Chad created a no pressure environment which was so nice! I will not disclose what we negotiated, but let's just say that we feel that an awesome deal was reached and hands were happily shaking.
  
  We were then off to finance with Tracy Hunt. Tracy was extremely patient with us, answered EVERY question we had, and explained, not pushed, any additional products that the dealership had. (i.e. extended warranties, protections, GAP) On at least two occasions I saw Chad through Tracy's glass wall give me the "thumbs up" checking on us and making sure we were okay with bottled water or any other concerns.
  
  After finance, we went back to Tom's desk who was waiting for us because our new car was READY! Tom had the car washed, tires polished, gassed up, and the paper temporary license plate installed! Tom showed my wife ALL of the features of the car while I was on the phone scrambling to get the auto insurance squared away.
  
  I think we were at Earnhardt Buick GMC for a little over 3 hours, start to finish, during this new car purchase. Needless to say, Earnhardt Buick GMC has exceeded our expectations! Everyone we made contact with was extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating, respectful, and NOT pushy! We plan on returning in the future and we absolutely recommend Earnhardt Buick GMC to anyone looking for outstanding service! Excellent job everyone! Hell we might even stop by just to say hello to everyone next time we're in the neighborhood!

  I was a first time car buyer here at Earnhardt. They made the whole experience feel natural and most importantly I felt welcomed and taken care of. I’ve had some experience looking around a few other big dealerships and I always felt they didn’t have my best interests in mind. Here at Earnhardt, I felt it was completely opposite of that. I would 100% come here first to do business again in the future. Thank you Earnhardt Buick GMC team! I’m enjoying my Yukon!

  I showed up on a Sunday afternoon and Alan greeted me as soon as I arrived. I was in the market for a smaller suv and they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was smooth and stress free from start to finish. Thank you to Alan and the rest of the staff at Earnhardt Buick GMC for being friendly and professional.

  I bought my last 2 vehicle from this dealership before my new 2022 truck. The people that work there are no haggle people they let you have that moment without being pushy. The manager's are just as nice the Manager knew from the last 2 vehicle's I bought there which was pretty nice to be remembered. Brian Kain was a very helpful and understanding salesman giving us time to breath to make the right decisions and explaining everything to us with patience. Thanks for having employees and a management team this great thats what made me come back to this dealership 3 times.

  Wow! My experience at this dealership and with Kerry H was absolutely top notch and amazing. Never once felt any pressure. I explained what I wanted, what I was looking for, he found it, explained the details, we talked as if we were friends sitting at his home, closed the deal and away I drove with my new 2022 Sierra! Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in buying a vehicle. No fluff, no bs, just a great experience. Finance department honestly was amazing as well and she made the process very smooth and seamless. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
