(February 1, 2020, 4:25 pm)Everything was great! we were driving into Phoenix, and planned to stay at the hotel we were 3 days previously, however it was 3 times the price and all hotels seemed to either be booked or were like $400 a night and we were getting panicky ! Something going on in Pheonix that day. We called Residence Inn in Mesa and Patty answered the phone. What a godsend!! I cant speak highly enough about her. She was so warm, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Just what we needed as we were driving in the car trying to find a place to stay.We got a room that was better than either of the other hotels we had in Arizona , at a reasonable rate and were thrilled. A two bedroom, two bathroom suite, amazing! Some front desk people put you on hold, take forever to give you the information and in the end it doesnt work out. Patty delivered exactly what she said on the phone. We arrived from Sedona after 8pm and all was well. Rooms were excellent, tv in each bedroom and one in the living room, full kitchen. Good buffet breakfast included (even brie cheese, really???) It was a little cool so we did not take advantage of the outdoor poor or hot tub. I would highly recommend this Residence Inn in Mesa, and if Patty is taking care of you, not to worry!!

(November 10, 2019, 12:37 am)Everything was to my liking, clean hotel, clean rooms, clean comfortable beds, friendly staff, good outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool. Good, almost suburbia like, location: not too far away from everything and not too close to everything. Walmart is nearby, food joints nearby.
(September 18, 2019, 7:50 pm)This hotel is amazing. Very clean. I do feel that if you're staying in the hotel you should have free parking. Parking situation is not very good. The lazy river is amazing. And the service around the pool is excellent
