(January 17, 2020, 9:49 pm)Had to move my family from Arizona to Baltimore. Because of our dogs it cost less to drive then buy tickets to fly everyone. Was able to rent a one way RV standard size was perfect for 3 people and dogs. Drove 2609 miles and not a single hiccup. The RV had plenty of room for us and ran perfectly. Had no problems handling hills and was easy to maneuver.
Definitely will be using them again. Thank you!

(December 11, 2019, 2:44 pm)Enjoyed the trips and enjoyed the customer experience. We traveled twice with a Cruise America, for a total of 5 weeks. The second time we had a break down, this was quite stressful. I wouldn’t call the breakdown a good experience but I think Cruise America handled it quite well, they were responsive, understanding and flexible. That was appreciated.
(November 25, 2019, 9:09 am)From the moment I spoke to the friendly & knowledgeable reservation representative, I felt confident that as a first time RV renter our trip was going to go smoothly. We made sure that we ordered the kitchen kit with all the eating & cooking utensils as well as the linens for the bed. The use of the vehicle was simple and our 6 nights out in nature will be a wonderful memory for the rest of our lives! We traveled in early November, so having a little heat to take the chill off in the mornings was pleasant. The queen size bed was comfortable. We easily stocked our refrigerator with fresh organic foods since the Phoenix (Mesa) pick up location is conveniently located near health food markets which was a real plus. We are looking forward to our next adventure with Cruise America & I would highy recommend 100% to anyone looking to have a fun, organized & comfortable adventure!
