I have had they system for 4 days now and have to say this is the best purchase I have made for my new home! Patricia (the sales rep) was knowledgeable and extremely professional. I felt confident in purchasing the unit. And Josh (the technician/installer) was prompt and took the time to explain they system and answer any questions I had!
I feel like I've added new life to my house!

Tony and I spoke on the phone about having someone come and give us a demonstration for a water treatment system for our home. We set up an appointment for Patricia to come and demonstrate their Aqua Safe equipment. Patricia spent several hours explaining how the system works. She also performed numerous water tests using the tap water in our home.
She was very thorough, pleasant, and was definitely knowledgeable about the product she was selling. We ended up buying one of their systems and I can honestly say within less than a day my husband and I both noticed a considerable improvement in our drinking water and when taking a shower. The installation of the system was done very professionally and courteously by the installers who also cleaned up after themselves. The unit is still new to us so long term I don't know how it will be. However, compared to another water softener and RO system we used in another home we occupied, this system is by far more superior to the previous one we used. I highly recommend this company and make sure you ask for Patricia to give you a demonstration. You won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Aqua Safe USA from the sales presentation all the way through installation. Our sales person, Tony, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about water. He went into every single detail about hard water and even showed us how dirty our water was. After understanding the current state of our water he started showing us all of our options in order to pick the best unit for our house: price and scope. At the end, we chose the lifetime warranty Avanta Shield and RO for the sink and fridge... I have to say, I've never seen my ice cubes so clear!

The installation was also very smooth. The two men worked very hard and completed their work under 2 hours. After the installation, the lead installer showed me everything under the sink and let me know exactly how to add the salt pellets and when to do it. After they left Tony even gave me a call phone call to further discuss and answer all of my questions, like clearing out the housing pipes of the hard water and how to clear the water heater.

I would highly recommend Tony and the Aqua Safe team for their great products and service. I'm also excited to see how the lifetime warranty will work but since I've only had the units for a short period of time I can update this post if I ever have to use it.

I have been working with Carlos and Tony and they have been wonderful.
Carlos understood my financial situation and found an affordable way for me to have soft water in my house. He made me feel comfortable working with him and gave confidence in Aqua Safe.

The gentlemen came and set up the system in a quick, timely and professional manner.

And Tony has repaired my faith in Customer Service... compared to other companies that pretend you don’t exist after the sale. He has been prompt at addressing my concerns and fun and friendly to work with.

I am really pleased with Aqua Safe and confident that I made the right decision to give them my business.

And after one week of having soft water .... I love it.

Tony came to our house and performed a water test and I must say we were shocked at what our water had in it. We decided to go with this system because they had really great financing and they also give you a bunch of products such as laundry detergent concentrate, cleaning products, bath soap, dishwasher detergent; enough to las for 5 years! Tony was professional and they installed our system 2 days later and then after it was installed Tony came back 3 days later and retested our water, we were much happier the second time around to see our water was as good as bottled water you get in a store. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality system and a great company.
