“I just signed my second 12 month lease and have read the reviews and would like to add my observations. One, we did get hit with ants in June/July but with the pandemic I just bought ant spray, both liquid and sprayed both outside door frames that fixed it, but am still paying $3 a month for pest control. A bigger issue are the add-ons per month ($13 for valet garbage whether you use it or not) and $3 for package drop off service (which I use all the time) plus $3 parking, plus water, sewer for me it adds up to nearly $100 a month and $1450/month in reality is $1550. My biggest complaint is the front gate. All of us are getting 10x the deliveries we used to, and there is no code for the gate. You have to take your fob in but only one phone can be attached to it, it is such a pain many residents have no code and PATIENT delivery people just follow someone in, but if we are going to allow that, then just leave the gate open in the day time, MesaPD is our next door neighbor. OR send us all a gate code. We have one for the package pickup. Besides that, I really like the apartment-- it's big and sunny. I am on first floor and I never hear my neighbors through the walls (outside you can hear). I work online very early in the morning and have asked neighbors if they can hear me talking at 3 am, and they say no, so I don't think the noise complaints are valid. “Billing Scam Alert. My son had Surgery on his ankle and required an orthotic boot. Doctor said get one from these folks, or from Amazon. My wife and son went in, they ran insurance and came back and said no cost for us! Wife thought great-- that's better deal then $48.99 boot on Amazon so She went with it. BEWARE, a month later we get a bill for $225.42! They are either dishonest or made a mistake which they profit from. Save yourself the trouble. Review Update 12/4/19: I talked to the branch manager (Marcia) and the office manager (Lori) and both ladies apologized about the billing issue and worked to make it right. The bottom line is I think my original review was a little harsh. These are actually honest folks that do care. While they made a mistake, they then went out of their way to make it right.”

“I am sure that many may agree when I say that I am not fond of getting lab work done. With that being said, I would definitely recommend Patients Choice Labs when needing lab work. I chose the Mesa location as it was close to home. I walked in to schedule an appointment, however, they were willing and able to get me in right away! The office Is very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. My blood draw was quick with very little discomfort - which is a huge positive! Bonus - I didn't even bruise.
