Having no ac for nearly 15 hours, to say the least we were very happy when Ken Lewis arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Once he diagnosed the problem and gave us a thorough explanation, he got our ac up and running in no time at all. In addition to the repair work, we also signed up for their maintenance program. We highly recommend Western States Home Services for your HVAC services.
(July 25, 2023, 7:08 pm)Robert Mitchell serviced our Carrier Heat Pumps today. He inspected and assessed the long term operability of the units, discovering a case of corrosion on the coils of the exchanger and that the compressor was about to fail. Robert worked with Tony at the head office to help us get the best deal possible on a replacement system. The unit will be installed 7/27/23. Much thanks to Robert and Tony of Western States Home Services for meeting our needs.
