This furniture is extremely high quality, built to out last you (and your kids) and is made at their site, so adding additional pieces, that match, will not be an issue. The salesman (Phillip) bent over backwards to accommodate my multiple changing of patterns, colors, and even the furniture designs several times. If there was a 6-star review I’d give that instead of a 5-star. If you don’t want cheap looking, poor quality furniture go see Phillip. Doug.”

“After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to use VIP Smart Storage for both my garage cabinets and garage floor epoxy coating. I was building a new home and scheduled a sales visit with Tom while the house was still at frame stage. I wanted to order everything early to avoid Pandemic related supply chain and labor issues. We scheduled the install to have the garage floor coated on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (3-step application), with the cabinets going in on Friday. The install went perfectly as planned, and these guys did a phenomenal job. The epoxy floor is beautiful and the cabinets are spectacular. Excellent quality of construction and no cheap short cuts on materials. And last but not least, the pricing was excellent. I would highly recommend VIP Smart Storage for both cabinets and epoxy flooring.”

The website is comprehensive and user friendly! The service via email and in person was beyond exceptional!! (I dealt almost exclusively with Brady- he was prompt to reply, thorough and always remained pleasant-even when I bombarded him with questions!) “I went to the home show at West World and saw the Murphy Cabinet bed from Beds Direct in Mesa. After the full demonstration of easy opening and closing and comfortable mattress, I was sold. Nevertheless, I walked around and saw another company with a similar type bed but you could literally see from a distance the lack of quality. I returned to the Beds Direct booth and spoke with the owner Darrell. On the Monday after the show I went to the store to decide on the exact style and color I wanted. I bought the Deluxe Series exactly like the one at the show, and Darrell was a delight to work with. I received my cabinet bed today and it’s perfect. They demonstrated again how to easily open and close it and made sure everything was in working order. They took all the wrapping with them. It looks great in the guest room and now I have more space! It is a wonderful investment. I highly recommend the bed and the wonderful customer service I received.”
