Haven't started anything yet, but all of the staff was very personable. Dr. Hester did not attempt to make the program out to be something it is not. Wanting to know your level of commitment is a reasonable question when they are willing to take the time to work with you to meet your goals for improving your health. I am looking forward to the skills I will gain to improve my health greatly.

I don't get a massage very often due to a back injury that makes things sensitive in my lumbar region. Brian did a great job. Focusing on my shoulders and neck. It's now 3 days later and I feel better than I have in a long time.

We cannot express how wonderful everyone is at Back to Health! From the front desk staff, coaches in the FTC gym, massage therapists, and of course Dr. Hester with chiropractic care and coaching! Everyone is so welcoming, nice, and helpful. They are like family! They are 100% invested in our health, fitness, and success. Dr. Hester is so knowledgeable about whole health and is so encouraging with each step with celebrating the wins, and navigating through the rough days. I've been consistently going to see Dr. Hester and his amazing staff for over a year now. This place is top-notch, the best of the best in every area. Dr. Hester is a master at his craft. I've been to chiropractors since a child - for over 40 years, and Back to Health not only deals with manipulation of all joints, but deals with the whole person as well - from proper nutrition, stretching, working out, and just overall healthy habits. Dr. Hester will also give you things to do on your own so you don't have to rely upon him. And if you do them, you will feel great. I don't know if I've ever seen a business that is so professional, so uplifting and every person in the building is happy and a joy to be around. This place is amazing!

I stumbled into this gem of a practice by accident in the beginning of Feb. And I must say that I have been impressed to say the least. I have had chiropractic care off and on my whole life, but I have never seen a full spectrum wellness solution until Back to Health. What I love most about back to health is the emphasis on universal wellness metrics that are easily measurable and trackable over time. So you take the mystery out of all things health. Things like labs, regular body composition analysis, and movement screenings are an absolute must when it comes to monitoring health. But that is just the beginning, then add into the equation the combination of personal training, nutrition coaching, chiropractic, and massage therapy, and I find myself asking "how could you possibly make this any better?" Back to Health continues to impress me with their sincerity, and earnest interest in my health as a practice member.
