I moved to AZ temporarily and someone connected me to Simply Direct Health which was exactly what I needed to cover my healthcare needs during my time in AZ. Quick responses, easy to schedule, and a pleasure to see in person too. You will be in very capable and caring hands!

Dr. Sherman is by far the very best I've ever seen in my life. Cares so much about each and every patient she has and it definitely shows! I credit her to saving my life. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient here as well as had the opportunity to precept in this practice when I was a nurse practitioner student, so I have been "behind the scenes". The (good/excellent) reviews you will read, as well as the direct primary care model of practice in general, are NOT to good to be true! The providers and staff in this office truly care and work tirelessly to make sure their patients get the best care possible. 5 stars are not enough...you won't be disappointed!!

SDH is great! The entire staff are super friendly and know my family and I by name when I call or stop in. Dr. Farnsworth is very quick to reply when I have questions or concerns. I often hear family or friends complain about not being able to get into see their Doctor for weeks or even months at a time. Pretty sure the longest I have had to wait was 3 days and that was over a weekend. Usually it is the next day. I also love the fact that they have access to cheap prescriptions and labs. Would definitely recommend SDH to anyone looking for a great family Doctor.
