We've been going there for years now and we had no appointment, ( battery problems) & the staff there was very efficient, and worked in unity to get me,( ♿) and my wife in & out in record time. This was a great experience. I made my doctor appointment too.

Aaron's friendly and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease, reaffirming my trust in the dealership's service department.
During my visit, I noticed that Aaron was training a new service advisor named Gene (if my memory serves me right). Despite being in training, Gene demonstrated a remarkable grasp of automotive knowledge and customer service skills. Shanna, another member of the team, also played a vital role in making my visit exceptional. This is our second experience with their service department, and we will continue to go back! Bradley was very helpful with our recent visit as we had a couple of small issues with our 2021 Yukon Denali. He was great at keeping us up to date with the status of the vehicle via text, set us up with a rental vehicle so they could order the part needed and also looked into a clicking noise that intermittently happens with the driver’s seat. (He even rode around in the parking lot with me in 110 degree heat with no AC so he could be sure to hear it!). We purchased our vehicle from another dealership in the valley but will continue to make the drive over to this one for their service!
I initially had a bad experience here, however, the company reached out to me in an effort to learn from my experience and improve. They did all the things they should have done initially, and free of charge to earn back my trust. Mission accomplished. The service manager went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. She even offered to order an after market LED bulb to replace the one I had that went out. Thank you!
