The Oxygen Store was one of the few places that would accept our insurance. They sent a rep to our home with equipment on time on the same day. The equipment we received is in excellent condition
I bought a new cpap machine because my DreamStation was recalled. I knew it was going to take a long time and I could not be without a machine. I bought a Resmed Airsense10 auto set. I used for two night and I just could not handle the pressure. I called the Oxygen Store in hopes they could help me. Lydia was the first person I talked with and was very helpful. She set me up with Stephen for the next day. They both listened to what I said. Even though I had my doubts, Stephen was wonderful. The machine works better than my old one and I learned allot about my machine. I don’t have to touch anything. Now very pleased with my Resmed, thanks to Stephen and Lydia at the Oxygen Store.
