Walmart Vision & Glasses

I walked into the store, and Daniel and Linard were not only professional, helpful, and polite but a complete pleasure to talk with. I only stopped in to have a nose piece repared on a pair of glasses. But my wife and I are going to make appointments to have our exams done there now just because the great impression they made. We just happened to need someone right now and we're new to the area so Thanks again gentlemen for a great visit. See you again soon! 😉

All the staff I encounter was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience easy and answered my questions and I left with everything I needed. I also appreciated the manager, Alaina, checking in with me at the end of the visit to make sure I got everything I needed. Thank you!

Since I live closer to Happy Valley Walmart Vision Center, I had my eye exam by Dr. Lynn. Because he was so wonderful, I decided to purchase my glasses there too. However, the Optician who help me told me she could NOT order new frames for me & told me I had to purchase the one off the shelf bc they were out of stock in the pair that I liked. I was really bummed bc it's so hard to find a perfect fit for my round face and lack of a nose bridge.

She recommend I go to Walmart Vision Center on Lake Pleasant because they may have more selection.

Well, I'm glad I took her advice because Nadine, was super friendly & helped me. I told her my situation that I needed to find a pair of glasses to fit my round face & I told her I like the pair I originally found at Happy Valley Walmart Vision Center, but was told I could NOT have a new pair ordered. Nadine was shocked that I was told that. She looked up the glasses I liked and found the exact glasses on the floor display. She inform me they can & always order new ones and never sell their displays. She was sad that I was told otherwise.

Nadine was very empathetic to my needs, professional, very knowledgeable, kind & super sweet. She also took the time to explain my insurance coverage & what my options were. We even had a friendly conversation not related to vision. She was very personable & made me feel comfortable.

For years, since she was just graduated from college, I’ve received friendly, professional, and helpful service from Licensed Optician Nadine at the Lake Pleasant Vision Center. Last week, she continued her pattern of sterling customer service by explaining various options that I would not have otherwise been aware of. This Vision Center consistently provides prompt, fair-priced, reliable service.

I visited this Walmart Vision store to fill a new prescription for post cataract surgery glasses. I was assisted by Alaina. She was very help full, and took the time to explain the benefits of the optical options as well as my Medicare coverage because of the surgery and completed the additional paperwork. I was totally satisfied with this purchasing experience and highly recommend this store.
