Brake Masters #186

Absolutely the best experience ever!! Went in for a 30k maintenance and thought I needed new brakes. Was so pleased to hear that my brakes are great, my car is in excellent shape, fluids are good and walked out paying 1/5 of what the dealership would have charged me. Honestly and integrity is what this store is founded on. I could gave easily been taken advantage of and I am just so greatful to have found them. I will be getting my car serviced here permanently and just want to say thank you to Brandon (manager) and Stan (asst. manager)for being men of integrity and running a business I am proud to review!!

My friend pulled into this location when his tire went flat. He went to the back area of the lot. While he was waiting for me to get there a tech named Craig walked back to see if he was ok. Craig went above and beyond. Not only did he change the flat, he made sure the spare which was extremely low was aired up and also checked the pressure in the other 3 tires. You don't find many people or a business willing to help with out charging a fee. Craig is an awesome guy and this location will get future business from me. Thanks again Craig.

Since my review posted below, 3 years ago, I have used Brake Masters for my all of my oil changes (full synthetic), and with their loyalty card after the 4th oil change you get the 5th one free, awesome!

During these 3 years I have never experienced anything but personable, professional and upbeat staff at this location from management down every single time.

Fast-forward to today, 10/02/2020, I took my vehicle in for front brakes, this time having pulling to the left while braking and metal on metal sounds coming from my front brakes and knowing full well I could trust these guys.

I dropped my truck off with Brake Masters Manager, Dan Payne, early too I might add, as Dan was opening up shop he noticed me patiently waiting in the parking lot for my appointment time and came out and asked me if I'd like to come in and he would get me rolling, awesome!

So, about an hour after I dropped off the truck I received a phone call from Dan with the details of what needed to be done, he explained step by step what his team would do, he also broke down for me coupons and warranty discounts that could be applied, he saved me a lot of money there and this was very much appreciated!

I picked up the truck later in the day and voila! I have brakes again! No noises, no pulling left or right, drives like a dream!

I have been recommending this location for over 3 years to anyone in need of service, and today just solidified my confidence for recommendations! You guys are awesome! Keep up the fantastic work!

Ok listen up folks, you, like me have probably read these reviews and think to yourself is this for real or do they have friends and family writing these things for them. So, check it out, I took a chance here and guess what? Butch and his team are the real deal! I dropped off my truck with coupons for an oil change and a front end brake job. Thirty minutes later I get a voice mail from Butch to call him, I'm like oh here we go what else did they "find" wrong with my truck? Been there lived that? So I call Butch and he asks me so why exactly is it you thought you needed a brake job? I was like huh?, this is going in a different direction than I had thought, so I tell Butch the symptoms and he proceeds to explain to me that his tech Michael came to him and pointed out that my brakes were barely worn. After hearing my description of symptoms Butch says he's going to turn my front rotors and clean and adjust the rear brakes so they'll assist more and that should do the trick, all this mind you for less than I was planning on spending! The guys had my truck good to go in no time and guess what? "Issues are GONE!" Thank you Butch & Michael for your Honesty and Integrity! I will not only be back to this shop in the future but I have already told five other people about this place! In a word, Awesome! Thanks again guys! -Loren
