My daughter found a car she wanted to buy. We drove it to Wilhelm, her mechanic, to check it over to make sure everything looked good. They were able to bring her car in the shop in less than 30 minutes to do the inspection. Great customer service, and very thorough.

These people are super helpful and nice. I was scheduled to drop my car off in the morning yesterday, and when I went to start it, it was dead. Which was totally unrelated to the issue I was originally bringing it in for.

I called the shop and they gave me the number for a towing company, Northwest Valley Towing who came and got my car and towed it to the shop for me. I didn't even have to leave my house. Stayed in PJs until noon.

The cost of the tow was just added to my service invoice and was very reasonably priced. There weren't any secret fees or surprises.

They made what could've been a very stressful/hectic situation super simple.

Also talked to Mike a few times, he's cool. Will be back for oil changes & such.

I have been to many shops and the professionals at Wilhelm Happy Valley exceeded my expectations. They took time trying to determine diagnosis and cost of repairs on my vehicle. Mike was extremely personal and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they all seem to be very customer service orientated, honest and friendly which is something many businesses are lacking.

Wilhelm is the only place I will take my car from now on. All of their employees are so kind and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Their prices are very reasonable and they were able to get my car in the very next day!!

I drive a couple of older vehicles, a 2005 Volvo V70 and a 2013 Town & Country and recently moved to the area. What a find Mike and Tony at Wilhelm Automotive (Happy Valley) have been!

My Volvo had a nasty oil leak and separate coolant leak. To be honest, it was painful to diagnose the cause of the oil leak and I had to go back a few times. Through it all, they never charged me for anything that wasn't the root cause of the problem, always were very kind and patient when seeing me again, and Mike went the extra mile to squeeze in a tire alignment for free ahead of a long road trip during the same day.

They don't just turn and burn through repairs, but take the time, notice problems and fix them. Small things like my windshield fluid nozzle being broken off, they just took care of it. Plus, they're pretty fun to talk to!

They are all about the long-term relationship and doing right by the customer. So happy we found this place! Highly recommend!
