Really enjoyed my experience at his office today .his staff works quickly and efficiently to get you in. I called at 8:30 and they were able to accommodate me to come in at 10:15. Dr Bates is caring and honest. He is very conservative and shoots straight from the hip.

Finding Doctor Bates was absolutely wonderful! I cannot emphasize enough on how professional, knowledgeable and kind he is. His entire staff makes you feel so comfortable and are so friendly as well. Angie, the office manager really knows her stuff, especially when dealing with your insurance company. Brittany is a riot and so cool, she works the front desk and she is the sweetest!!! I retired as an investigator for the State of Arizona and was a Health Care investigator for 10 of those years and delt with very complicated cases, which included dealing with nurses, doctors and health care facilities.
