Grandstone at Sunrise Luxury Villas

I have truly loved living at Grandstone for almost a year now. These definitely feel like homes and the stores in the surrounding areas are great walking distance. The office staff is super friendly and always remember faces and seem to care about their tenants. The only problem we’ve had since living here is that other tenants keep parking in our covered parking even after being asked not to. But other than that our stay has been very nice for my family. We are going to miss our little home but I would recommend living here to anyone who asks.

Heading into our third year living here and we love it! We’ve never had a problem with anyone working here or the tenants. It’s a quiet and clean place to live. The units are very spacious, clean and modern. Shoutout to Sean, maintenance guy, as soon as your work order is submitted you can be sure he will show up at your door with a ladder in hand within 24 hours (he also leaves your place just as clean as he found it). The ladies in the front are extremely nice and super willing to help with any request you may have. We are so glad we chose Grandstone at Sunrise as our home!

Living at the Grandstone at Sunrise Luxury Villas has been a great experience for my wife and I. The apartments are very quiet and clean as well as the outdoor areas. Ebony and April are the nicest and best Property Managers you could ask for. Sadly, my wife and I bought a new house and are moving shortly. I have nothing but things to say.

Living at Grandstone for the last year and a half has been such an awesome experience! If you move here, you’ve got great management to take care of you. April and Ebony are so kind and welcoming. The surrounding shops and amenities are unmatched too! All and all a great experience with great neighbors and a beautiful home. We’ve had 0 problems living here and that’s a rare gift! I’d recommend Grandstone to anyone. We’re sad to go.

Grandstone Homes have been a wonderful place to call home thus far. Very few issues have came about but when one did they were more then accommodating to resolve the problem. Had a plumbing issue with master and second bathroom. They sent out someone to fix quickly and even had a professional cleaner to come and deep clean both bathroom. Thanks again maintenance crew and lady’s up front at the office !!!
