Lobby was very clean. Dr. Bal was very nice. Staff was friendly. Phlebotomist was pain free, efficient and nice.
I would highly recommend their office, actually enjoyed the entire experience.
I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Bal; that is saying something because I generally am not a fan of going to the doctor. She took time to go through my medical history, ask questions,
etc. She also took the time to listen to my concerns. I went in to become established as a patient but was able to have a physical and labs done all in the same appointment which was great! All of the staff, from the front desk, nurses, and doctor were super friendly and polite. I will definitely be returning!
Dr Bal has been my doctor for some time and I have been very satisfied with my care. She takes time to listen and hear your concerns. The staff are very friendly and the office even has lab services so I don’t have to take off work, make another appointment and drive somewhere else. I appreciate having a convenient doctor’s office so close to home in my community in North Peoria.
From the check in to check out I had an awesome experience. Great front desk staff. Attentive nurse Nicole, Dr. Heather Bal was just what I was looking for in a doctor. Even the gal who took my blood was wonderful.
Dr. Bal is super nice and sweet and took the time to answer all my questions. The staff are great as well. Had an appointment at 11 and the nurse came right out to call me at that exact time. The place whole place is clean and sanitized. Wonderful practice!
