(May 16, 2019, 3:05 pm)I actually enjoy working out here. (not a fan of exercise prior to this). Seeing great results, they have excellent coaching team, it's always nice and clean and everyone is friendly. Working out doesn't have to be a chore.

(October 15, 2017, 3:19 pm)The longest I ever worked out was 3 months, everything changed since I started going to CrossFit West Valley the coaches are amazing, they make each work out great and fun, you never feel board that's for sure. Its know been 10 months and going strong thanks to Jim and Lisa.
