We decided to come back and purchase one of the plug n power spas. Jeff remembered us, asked how are business and children were doing and answered any and all questions we had. He is not pushy, gives you honest answers/feedback, and gives you a complete process of what the steps will be to receive the spa. So far so good, and we're thrilled to have found a trustworthy business to give our business to. Thumbs up so far for sure!
(August 24, 2019, 1:06 pm)There were some minor issues with the delivery of our hot tub and the setup. The owner, Jeff, took care of everything in a timely manner and took care of us. He is very honest and responsive. Overall we are happy with our purchase.
(October 27, 2018, 12:01 am)We just received our first hot tub from Jeff. Since this was our first we had several questions. He answered every single call. He even took time to answer the phone when he was with his family getting kids ready for school and dinner time. He was never pushy to make the sale, all he did was answer every question I had. The more and more I talked to him I realized that he puts his heart and soul in what he does. I had no doubt that ordering it from him was what I wanted to do. We received our hot tub and love it! Jeff still continues to help me with anything we need even after the purchase. Thank you Jeff!
