Heritage Funeral Chapel

I had a very good experience with Heritage Funeral Chapel when my Dad passed away. We had used their services eight years prior for my Mom’s passing. The staff were all friendly but respectful of our grief. There were three separate events we had to coordinate and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Remembrance cards, a photo book and online obituary were all included and nicely done. The chapel is well maintained and decorated appropriately. I would highly recommend their services.

Heritage was amazing in how they cared for me and my family during this very hard time. I couldn't imagine going through this without their support, care, and respect. They explained every step to me in a way that was easily understood. The funeral was beautiful and paid all respects that were due to my beloved husband. It was a smooth process thanks to Camela. Highly recommended.

I want to say thank you for the cremation services provided for my grandparents, GIGI and GRUMPY, in 2023 & 2024. While this is a difficult time, I want to express my appreciation for how you handled their final arrangements and memorial.

The somber yet dignified atmosphere at the funeral home brought comfort during a sad time. I know both sets of remains were treated with utmost care and respect. The personalized cremation process allowed our family to say goodbye in a meaningful way.

Most of all, I am grateful for your compassion. The funeral director and the staff (BIG SHOT OUT TO HEATHER & ELIZABETH) took time to listen and address all of our concerns with patience and understanding. Their caring manner helped ease some of the grief.

Cami and everyone at Heritage Funeral were extremely caring and showed the utmost in professionalism when I needed there services after my husband passed away. I had even called prior to his passing, knowing it was inevitable, and I was given all the information that would be needed. She helped arrange everything with the VA Cemetery. I have used Heritage in the past when my parents passed and knew how caring the staff was. The facilities are well maintained and beautiful.

Heritage and their entire staff were great. Especially Alyssa she is so kind, empathetic and helpful. She explained the whole process and provided cost comparison and we never felt pressured. Alyssa treated our baby girl like the angel she is. When we need funeral services again Heritage will be our place to take care of our loved ones. Thank you to everyone there.
