  From my initial call to Tanner | Extra Space,
  his location didn’t have a large storage space available, however he continued to ask if he could offer another location and provide an email/quote. I received follow-up email and a text message and call from Rob. This all happened with in minutes.
  The professionalism and expediency of your team: Rob and Tanner at Extra Space are such a great benefit to both your customers and company. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage

  Amazing customer service at this location!!! I actually have 2 units here. Had the first for a few months and the need arose for a second and the process could not have been easier!! Rob is amazing.

  I just emptied my large garage like storage unit with Extra Space Storage in Peoria that I had for over 4 years. They have excellent service from cutting off your lock when you can't find the key to assisting you in any way. The staff is efficient courteous and friendly. I recommend them and will use them as needed in the future. A special thank you to Rob for his professionalism and friendliness.

  Very good service..all options of sizes, prices, availability, etc given up front. He was polite, patient as I needed to have another person come and view sizes to accommodate our needs the most. I recommend this Extra Storage to anyone in the area. You will get good service.

  Nice storage place. Clean, well-maintained, and plenty of room. Rob was very nice and professional. He went out of his way to make sure we got a space (spaces are at a premium in winter) and was very helpful throughout the registration process. I would highly recommend Extra Space to anyone.
