  Wonderful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable dentists. Took their time to diagnose my problems and offered solutions.

  We have been going to this office for years. The staff is simply AMAZING!! I don’t think you’ll find this type of family atmosphere anywhere in town when it comes to the hygienist, front desk and even the amazing billing lady. They are all wonderful and caring individuals. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the Dentists. They have two of them, one has zero personality and the other is a bit cocky. The Doctors seem more interested in the money aspect of it verses the customer service. Hopefully, the staff can guide them to learning more about the importance of long-term customer service verses the quick buck.

  I love the staff here. Very friendly. Not your typical dentist office. They truly care. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

  I have been going to this office for years when Dr Alexander was the dentist... the staff has always been amazing and caring and they genuinely show u that they care about you!! I absolutely love the entire office and would recommend them to anyone...they provide excellent service all the way around!!!

  Let me start by saying I am so grateful I was referred to Peoria Family Dentistry! I had excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. I loved that I could book the appointment online and select a time that worked with my schedule. I even appreciated the friendly reminder text I received before my appointment! The hygienist was very caring and gentle. I usually leave with sore gums after a dental appointment but that was not the case here. After the cleaning, Dr. Ehrick examined my teeth and answered any questions I had. He was patient and understanding, never making me feel like he was pressed for time. Dr. Lin also came over to introduce himself and seemed very kind. I will definitely return and have already referred several friends and family members to Peoria Family Dentistry!
