Dr. Jordan J. Glenn, DO

Dr Glenn May be an excellent surgeon but his office staff has totally destroyed any confidence I have in this practice. I was recommended to Dr Glenn by the attending physician at St Joseph Westgate. I saw him in his office and a gallbladder surgery was agreed on. My lab and X-ray orders had wrong birthdate. Upon completing pre-op items called the office to schedule surgery. I was given a date of Sept 2 at Thunderbird at 11. Shortly after that three prescriptions (including oxycodone) ) were called in for me and I picked them up. When I called today to confirm surgery date and time was told it had never been scheduled. I have made arrangements for ten days off work (now lost wages), transportation, and pet care. His office hasn’t called me back with another date and, quite frankly, not sure I’ll take it.

Words cannot express our true gratitude for Dr. Glenn. His down to earth and professionalism is similar to a very rare gem. We, which includes Dean, could never thank him enough for saving his life. Dr. Glenn continue to do what you are doing which is very much and extremely appreciated!!

Dr. Glenn removed my gallbladder and I cannot recommend him enough. He knew what advice to give and what medications to prescribe after the procedure to ensure optimal pain management and comfort. My situation was really bad and after my 3rd visit to the ER, Dr. Glenn was called in for an immediate surgery to remove the gallbladder.

Their office was quick to get me an appointment, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Glenn was very patient and listened to my concerns. He cares about his patients and their outcomes. He is a skilled surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend Dr. Glenn to anyone.

Dr Glenn was so great! He did my grandma's surgery and everything went smooth. He helped us thoroughly understand what our options were, making us feel much more comfortable. From pre-op all the way through to following up in his office, we had such a positive experience. You can tell he cares as well as skilled in what he does.
