I reached out to this company on a Monday morning after our office audio system lost sound in most all speakers. After spending a few hours trying to troubleshoot myself I had enough and decided I needed professional help!

Terry called same day, asked questions about the system and asked for a few pictures. Terry immediately diagnosed the problem and offered to visit and replace the defective part same day AND gave me a second option to order the part and install myself (simple 5 minute plug and play install).

Terry did a great job selecting components for a whole home audio installation. He was very responsive and completed the work on time. He made sure the system and the phone app worked before leaving, and helped with follow on questions. I am very happy with the surround sound and in home sound quality and ease of use with control 4.
