  JV is an excellent Service Advisor. He’s an honest professional and makes me feel confident that he cares about my car and my experience. He always seems busy with a stack of work orders on his desk but still always has the time to make sure my questions and concerns are taken care of. Of course, I always take advantage of and enjoy the coffee bar while I wait.

  I love coming in for service or anything really. I am always treated like family. JV Fantazia is my Rep and he is always exceptional. They always take care of my quickly and with nothing but first class service.
  JV goes out of his way to make sure I am kept up to date on my car and gives me a timeline. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend Mercedes of Arrowhead to any one I share my experiences with. From the big services to making sure my key fob battery is updated, these guys think of everything. Always a great experience.

  My husband and I have had our cars serviced at many dealerships across the west coast. We are always beyond pleased with our service at Arrowhead. We had had everything from routine maintenance to detailing & everything in between. I also appreciate that I can reach out to the same service advisor each time I need service. We like to work exclusively with JV Fantazia. He has been great to my husband and I & always goes the extra mile to make service quick & easy.

  The Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead dealership has the best customer service of any auto dealership I've dealt with. Before purchasing my vehicle I shopped around at the other luxury brands but the service at Mercedes is leagues ahead of their competitors. To put the cherry on top my service manager, JV goes above and beyond every single time I go in. It's truly white glove treatment and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
  The Cafe is always fully stocked with fresh pastries, delicious coffee and pleasant and accommodating staff.
  I'm usually busy when I drop my car off for service and I've never had to wait to be taken care of. JV is absolutely the best, I hope to continue to do business with him at that dealership for many years to come.

  We had our vehicle in for the B Service. As the technician inspected the vehicle, he found several safety issues that needed immediate attention. This type of attention is greatly appreciated. Everything throughout the entire process was seamless and done with exceptional courtesy. We highly recommend getting Mercedes Benz vehicles services at this location.
