Anette is a wonderful nurse whose kind and caring. She went above and beyond to help me with a wound post surgery. She’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the road to my recovery. She’s continuously called and checked how I’m feeling. I can’t believe I was able to heal within 2 weeks! She’s the best! Annette is absolutely FANTASTIC! As a FNP/Wound Care Specialist she provides AMAZING customer service and is very thorough and never rushes when she takes care of your wound. She is SUPER FLEXIBLE when it comes to scheduling and will even come to you if you are not mobile or unable to make it to her office. She ALWAYS is sanitary with making sure your wound is clean and is SUPER PERSONABLE. If you need a Wound Specialist and are in Maricopa County, no matter east valley, west valley, the south side or north side, hands down I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling her and scheduling a time.

From the first day I called to inquire about services to heal my wound, Annette has been extremely attentive, responsive and compassionate. I had been struggling with this wound for 6 months, not healing and in and out of the hospital with infections. Annette has specialized wound training that she is using and also teaching me and my daughter every step of the way. I am thankful to say that since she has been treating my wound, I have stayed out of the hospital, I have experienced little to no pain and absolutely no infection. If I have questions, she responds to me very quickly, usually within the hour. She is always on time and the communication is awesome!
