Cigna Medical Group Urgent Care

I have been to this place more than my actual doctor. Every time I’ve needed a doctor to check on something quick they have been there and I’ve had a good experience….except most recently I went in with Covid symptoms and it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard back from them with any results. I don’t know what to tell my work. Slow lab results here.

This Cigna building is amazing! Always so helpful and nice! ALWAYS clean.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They all were very professional & pleasant. The wait to see a Dr. or PA was not that long, maybe 1 hour. I never wanted to go, but when doctors are not taking/seeing new patients for 6 weeks- 6 mo & this was the only option to "see" a doctor or PA. Dr. Online video was not an option in my case.

Ty to front security for greetings immediately, Ty to front desk receptionist in urgent care, X-ray tech Sandy, Kenny, to the beautiful lady who took my Blood pressure.
