I have so many great things to say about Ken and Deb! Five years ago I decided to purchase a home and as first time buyer, I was very happy to receive help from both Ken and Deb. The entire process came full circle for me when they also helped me sell the same house I had purchased.

From the beginning of this journey, both of them were very responsive to any questions I had about the process of being a home buyer. Not only did they know the inner workings of the home very well but they also gave me insight for certain aspects to look out for. After searching for a little while, they put this option in front of me and I was interested (I loved how I never felt pushed to make a decision with them but instead was thoroughly informed on which areas to put my focus into). This was the same when it came to selling my home.

Knowing that Ken had past experience building custom homes also gave me peace of mind when getting my home ready for sale. He knew exactly what the buyer would be looking for and advised me to put more attention into those areas. With the two of them combined, I was able to get much more value out of the sale than I had originally thought possible. They took time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions.

Overall, it was a great experience both buying my first home and selling my first home. A big thanks to both of them for taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and also considering my budget during fixes. If it were not for the two of them, I would have struggled greatly with this process. Thank you again, Ken and Deb, for making this such a smooth ride for me. I know who I will be calling when I am ready to buy again!

Property Brokers Ken and Debra Cuellar rock! We met Ken and Debra back in the summer of 2018, when they helped us purchase our first house in the Valley. Being from out-of-state, we relied heavily upon and were grateful for their experience and advice. They did all the heavy lifting and made the experience very easy for us. My wife and I worked with Ken & Deb to sell our old home and purchase a new one. From start to finish Ken & Deb were a delight to work with. It took us almost a year of looking to find and purchase our new home. Ken & Deb were very patient and spent many of their weekends with us touring homes. Deb and Ken were an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers, they helped us navigate a market they were very familiar with. Moving from out of state, we were new to the area and not really sure where we wanted to settle. Deb and Ken took the time to get to know us and really understand what we were looking for. Phoenix and Scottsdale are such large areas and we really appreciated that all the houses we went to see were aligned with what we are looking for. There is nothing worse than driving 40 minutes to see a house that does not fit your needs and that never happened with Deb and Ken.

Deb and Ken took us from start to finish seamlessly. They were incredibly proactive - reaching out as soon a new home that fit our criteria hit the market. They were responsive - anytime we had a question or needed something, they replied within minutes with clarity and care. Ken was very thorough through the inspection process, even finding things that at the home inspector did not find. They are not pushy, but rather understand how important this decision is and went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. When a last minute issue arose right before our move-in date, they acted quickly to resolve the issue with the seller to ensure the move was stress-free.
