The staff was fast friendly, and recommended me the best tires and financing that met me needs. Financing was fair and affordable and the warranty is great! I'll definitely be coming back regardless of what day of the week it is.

They have been great guiding me on the best way to take care of my car. Their work is too-notch! I highly recommend them and have referred many people their way.
(October 22, 2020, 7:31 am)From the moment I called and explained what my situation was, the staff at Big O was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have an appointment, but I also didn't mind the wait. They were knowledgeable and quick. they explained what needed to be done and about how the long the wait. True to their word, I was out of there and back on the road in less time than estimated. I appreciate this store for how they take care of me and my vehicle.. excellent service!
(October 7, 2020, 5:08 pm)Greg really did great at getting me a good deal for new tires and alignment. Was able to coordinate time to come in so I would have shortest wait we could get. Have been to other Big O's but will continue to come here after such a good experience.
(October 4, 2020, 12:33 pm)This was my first time in the shop and I only went there because it was Sunday morning and Discount was closed. Brooke was amazingly polite and respectful throughout my transaction. It was pleasant to walk into a shop and receive respectful and professional service. I ended up buying one tire because unfortunately mine could not be repaired. I will definitely go back and buy the other three at some point.
