She and staff ( Kim and Nancy ??) were beyond awesome and helpful from day 1 through day 391 of my treatment ( I totally counted.) I am a super picky perfectionist by nature and it's an awful trait at times but they exceeded my expectations and were always so willing to answer any questions or address any concerns I had during my time in their care. He gave me a few tips to make sure I don’t disturb the glass over the next day. I’ve never had a windshield replaced before and this was a wonderful experience. “My carpet was just filthy - lots of high-traffic dirty areas. Low-and-behold, Sam got it clean! I only have 2 carpeted rooms, so I couldn't take advantage of his "Five Rooms for $80" special, so he only charged me $40 for both rooms! No ridiculous minimum charges! And, since the previous owners who installed the carpet "went cheap", Sam gave me pointers on what to look for in the future when I install my own new carpet, everything from the best type of carpet fiber, to padding, to fiber guard.
