“I've done physical therapy at four different locations in the east valley but Pritchette is hands-down the best care. They also make it the most fun (as fun as PT can be) and I always have a good laugh when I'm there. When they opened the second locations in the Foothills, it's just the icing on the cake now as it is mere minutes from my home. Sarah is great to work with and the staff at Foothills are super friendly and inviting. I work for one of the major shipping companies and was already aware of the chaos in logistics caused by the pandemic so when Pierre told me my machine was going to be 2 months out and then was delayed twice due to manufacturer being out of weight plates I totally understood this to be the new normal. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, communication was great and we stayed well informed about my mother's treatment here.
