The support is good, they don't just hand you a book and say, see ya. I lost 20 lbs, and kept it off so far. I am about ready to start a 2nd phase of losing. It is a journey. I have been learning how some foods effect my body, through this process. It takes commitment, so if you aren't willing to give up a few things in the beginning, this may not be for you.”

Even if its last minute she is so great about accommodating clients. She keeps a very clean and relaxed shop where its not just about getting a haircut. Its a great experience at her shop. “What I like about this visit this time was the customer service received. Our waitress gave us a reasonable amount of time to review our menu. When my child wanted to sample a food item she was able to accommodate with a smile. After she brought our food out she explained that she had a family emergency and that another waitress would be attending to our table. The new waitress came over immediately to get us what we needed to have a pleasant dinner experience. This visit gets kudos for customer service.”

“Very nice place to stay. Room we stayed in was clean cool and even smelled nice. Seems the rooms were recently remodeled and updated with glass sliding doors on shower, furniture, microwave and others. The swimming pool and spa were very clean and pool area was neat Pool size is pretty big with handicapped chair lift in both pool and spa. Free breakfast with plenty to eat. Staff is awesome and nice. And area is right off highway but safe place to be with security that stays around building through the night. Definitely recommend staying here. Price was affordable and well worth the money!”

“The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the (standard) buffet breakfast is tasty. The hotel could really use some updating. The furniture is old. An indoor pool would be great when it's 115 outside and the pool water is nearly as hot!! All in all, a good hotel with good freeway access.”
