Community Medical Services

Since I transferred here from the cactus facility things have seemed to go a little smoother. They understand and genuinely seem like they want to help you here. I’ve only been coming to this for maybe a couple weeks now…but I love it and hope to continue in a positive light on this road to sobriety.

STAFF IS AWESOME, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL & SUPPORTIVE and MOTIVATIONAL to any/everything you might need or ask to get to soberity. This location is well kept up (clean) surrounded with hopeful & friendly staff, they make you feel comfortable/important!!! Thank you all🤗🤗🤘💯

I had a family emergency and had to set up guest dosing in a diff state luckily for me Amanda(counselor) and Jesus after having troubles with the clinic I was trying to go to to get my guest doses, luckily they were able to find a different clinic and get me all set up there and they got the clinic to stay open a little late to make sure I was able to dose that same day thank you guys very much

A little note to say what a awesome worker I have at the 23rd ave and northern site .Her name is Kenna and she has made it easy for me to talk to her and I can tell that she really cares about her clients . She goes above and beyond what any other coulsler their has done for me and I really appreciate her. Also all of the front desk staff and nurses are also very nice and this center has really improved from two to three years ago ,the wait time are very much improved and everyone just seems more compasionate .I hope they continue to hire workers as good as Kenna and keep them as in the past it seemed as though every few months I had a new counselor .Keep up the great work Kenna and C.M.S. employees.
