I had an amazing time here! it was my first time getting pierced and I felt 100% safe and comfortable at all times. Very clean gloves, sterile, masks, new needles everything. Torin Vaughn pierced me and talked me through the whole thing. It was over fast and less painful than I anticipated! both of my piercings are PERFECTLY placed I am in love with them!!!

I’ve been following HTC Uptown and the team for some time. Stacked lobe is 2 years old and conch is just under two months. The whole team is professional and walks you through every little step so you feel confident and informed. They are attentive, caring and diligent in protecting clients and staff during COVID. Top notch staff across the board. Piercings by Marilyn, styling by Emily and chain fitting by Dylan.

I came in a couple weeks ago and got 3 piercings done by Dylan. I’m freshly 18 and had never gotten a peircing, let alone 3, by myself before. But Dylan made the experience so wonderful, I felt as though I was getting pierced by a friend. They were so helpful, by walking me through each and every step of the process. As a young epileptic, I was very comforted by the fact they were checking on me consistently and making sure that I was feeling okay. After my piercings were done the person at the front desk, Emily, (who is lovely, by the way) was excellent at explaining the aftercare process. Now after a few weeks my piercings have had no problems! If you are going to get a piercing in Phoenix, you have to go here.

I had my piercings removed during a surgery back in December. I figured they would be closed up by now, so I scheduled 2 piercings for my appointment. Torin evaluated my situation and found that all I needed to do was stretch the former areas open a bit to place the new jewelry correctly. I didn't have to pay for the 2 piercings, only the jewelry which saved me around $70.00. Torin was gentle and talked me through everything he was doing. I appreciated his honesty and care for detail. My husband and I came in today, I was pierced by Torin who did absolutely amazing, he was so kind, talked me through everything and made everything so comfortable, I’m so happy!!! My husband was pierced by Dylan who was also so amazing, and made him feel great and comfortable! Wonderful experience! Also, I didn’t catch her name but the girl who was working at the front was also wonderful and so sweet!!! Thank you guys!!! ❤️❤️
