She always checks your comfort level during treatments and has great bedside manners. She is extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend her to my friends. Utopia Image has been the best decision I have made for hair removal. I tried waxing and obviously shaving and both are just not for me, Francie has made the process easy and comfortable as possible. Also, her office is super clean, I haven’t had any issues since I have gone to her and she is very understanding. I also love that she does a check in between appointments to check if I am ok and if I have any questions regarding the process. Really makes me feel more comfortable asking questions and stuff. Definitely deserving of all 5 stars!
