  Great selection on cookies. I purchased a cake that was guaranteed fresh and moist. When I gave it a try it was not as fresh and moist as I hoped. Tried to call the store to save a trip, it rang out 3 times. When I tried to return or exchange the cake, I was publicly humiliated by a Manager named (Angel.) When I asked Cassy the female manager to show me the food policy that states I wouldn't be allowed to change an opened item. (Angel) the second manager cut her off before she can answer. I received nothing but a loud mouth answer from (Angel), nor was I shown the policy. When I told him I didn't like his attitude towards me the customer, I was told "you will never receive an apology from me. Then he called security on my fiancé who told him don't disrespect my fiancée. He took that as a threat. I asked for his boss. She handled the situation politely.
