The construction and maintenance team at PJ Hussey is spectacular. They're very quick to respond to requests and they usually send somebody out to take care of an issue the next day. Special thanks to Tom and Norm for being so kind, careful, and diligent when I needed some help at my apartment. It can be intimidating inviting a stranger into your home when you live by yourself but these gentlemen were very pleasant and objective.

Huge shout out to Tom (plumber) who came to our house today to fix a clog in our line that was causing the toilet to back up into the shower. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was in and out in about a half hour -- leaving a clean, flowing drain for us! I just contacted PJH yesterday to report this plumbing issue, so I was thrilled by how quickly they and Tom came to our rescue!

Tom is one of the most efficient maintenance men we've had a pleasure of meeting. He seems to deeply care about the tenants and our concerns. He makes sure we are well aware of the situation at hand and he even goes the extra mile to follow up on existing maintenance requests with his staff. We are never disappointed when Tom shows up!

My family and I were relocating to Arizona from California and didn't have much time to find a home. I viewed several homes a couple weeks before our move and I applied for one online with PJ Hussey and it was so easy and convenient. I did this on a Sunday and was contacted the very next morning by one of their staff members. Everyone was so helpful and helped us get the application process going quickly since we only had so much time. We were approved in less than 72 hours!!! We made sure we provided all the necessary documents and everything just went very smoothly. I am looking forward to working with them moving forward. Such a great staff!!! So kind and so helpful, especially since we were a little stressed about the move, they really made everything go much better than we ever expected!!

I would hire PJH Construction again. We did have some little issues, but with good communication we were able to happily continue.
The tile, plumbing and electrical work is exceptional. Overall, the best remodel experience to date.
