“I have been a patient since 2008. A few years ago I would have given them 5 stars. I love Dr. Cohen, but it had been increasingly difficult to get am appointment with her. I have had a couple of instances where I can only see the nurse practitioner, even when it's clear my issue isn't resolving. My interactions with support staff have been mixed. Last year they helped to resolve a really frustrating situation with my insurance that was preventing me from getting my medicine. This year it took 3 calls for them to understand my request for a new prescription due to insurance and pharmacy changes. I really hope that appointments get easier to make again.”
