“Super Busy on Mondays. Basically packed to the extent people are squeezing past every 10 seconds. So maybe not the best day to go. Station to check electronics before you buy which is great if you can find the proper power adapter to fit electronic. Will usually be hanging on rack priced separately but still the prices were great though! And I was able to test before hand so I purchased. Self check out was a snap. No waiting in line (card only). Employees are always super helpful & quick when help is needed at checkout. Oh & book section for gradeschool & Up was high quality for used books.”

“Great, professional service . I shopped around and got couple quotes but the timeline was a deciding factor since I have 2 toddlers at home and living without a kitchen was a scary idea. Jesus came out to take measurements and explained that the process was going to take 5 days. Jesus was very easy to communicate with and his team was extremely punctual ( which is very difficult to find in a construction world) We did a lot of modifications of the original design and Jesus was very prompt to execute all the changes with no issues. My neighbors still cannot believe that I have a whole new kitchen in a less than a week. I will definitely use this company for my next project.”

“UPDATE:Today I was contacted by the regional manager Scott and he went above and beyond he got me all squared away with both the washer and dryer as well as my account . My experience has become a great one. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. The messed up part is that my first experience with this store was a good one. I took a bunk bed set for my kids which is great they love. And since my first experience was good I figured I give them a shot again this time with a washer and dryer. It all started back in April when I forgot to make my payment and ended up signing up with their ezpayment program for the 25th of every month. May 25th they processed my account and never did I get a call earlier in the month telling my account was not current and it was past due. Since back in April I set up auto payment on the 25th. On the 9th of June I applied and got approved for the washer and dryer(was told by corporate that my local store would call me to schedule delivery), Thursday came around and I never got called, so I called them to find out out the status of that order. I was told that the item got there Wednesday but again no one called me. I was told in Thursday abt my account being past due at which point I told the clerk that to my assumption I was set up on autopay on the 25th and that last month the payment was done on the 25th so I didn't understand why it's being an issue now. Anyways I was told Thursday that my account was all squares away and I can expect delivery if my washer and dryer on Monday at 3. Monday comes around and I left work at 2:30 to make sure I was home to receive this item. I called the store to verify delivery and the account manager with the biggest attitude tells me well ur account is past due and we wont deliver until the account becomes current(mind you this was rectified or at least I thought it was rectified Thursday when I called) I guess no one in that store knows how to handle customers account properly cuz all the "notes" that were left on my account dont mean anything. The argument here wasnt abt the policy that they have in place which I can respect the issue is the lack of customer service that this store has reflect all the way up to management. I spoke with the general manager I beleive it was I'm not sure and even her had the worst customer service of all of them. Eventually the account manager fixed the issue with the payments on the account and finally I was going to have my washer and dryer(or so I thought). The gentleman told me the item was being loaded into the truck and I should have it in 30 to 40 mins this is now at 3:06pm, the store is located 20 mins from my home the driver didnt show up till 4:30pm(mind you this is all time wasted from my job) the washer and dryer couldn't even be installed(issues with my apartment which got fixed today). So now here we are me thinking great I can now have my washer and dryer installed, nope the power cord is to short and wont reach. I called the store to ask them if I could get a different longer cord. They tell me they have none and they dont order that kind of stuff and that it's against company policy to replace those cord( which I find odd since it's their washer and dryer), was told I would get a called from the manager never got it. I contacted corporate and submitted the form of complaint for the regional manager or whoever's managers this stores. The manager old me to send her my time sheet and she would credit me the time wasted but considering how they are being now I'm not holding my breath if I submit that paper..... it's sad that my first experience was amazing and this one was horrible. I feel this employees need to be retrained on customer service because as of now they dont have any..... I should say there was one gentleman that actually tried his best to help me and that was on Thursday it sucks they reprimanded him for giving me the info he did when it was a neglet on the account manager(cuz he really should've called me to fix the issue with the account) but instead passed the blame to other people.”
