“I visited this practice for a follow-up inspection after eye surgery. Really liked the doctor. I had previously worked with his colleague and had never met him. He was patient with my questions and enthusiastic in his responses. The reason I did not give a 5-star review is twofold. One, the assistants/technicians never introduce themselves, and this is a pet peeve of mine. They know my name but I have to ask for theirs. I wish more doctors would train their assistants to either introduce themselves or to at least wear name tags. Two, the wait was far too long. When I arrived for my appointment there were already10 people ahead of me in the waiting room. It gave me the feel of an assembly line practice. I certainly expected to wait while my eyes were dilated, but never anticipated the whole appointment would take an hour, especially since my time with the doctor was only 5 minutes at best. The front desk personnel were very friendly and personable, and very efficient. Kudos to them.”

“Dr Adickman was my dr for 20 years. I moved twice and now 12 years later I will say I have NEVER had a dr as good and knowledgeable as Dr Adickman and I missed him all these years. He is rare, indeed. Most issues solved on a one visit. He remembers you and your issue each time you walk in. I was comfortable talking to him about any issue and he listens with great compassion and care. He knew more than some of the specialists I went to so most of the time he was the one I went to first. His staff became more like family and always caring and professional. He didn't waste or take advantage of you or Insurance with unnecessary testing like so many dr's do. I would give anything to have a dr even close as him up here in WY now! Lorraine S”

“The staff was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Since it was just me and my three little ones, the staff helped me keep the kids comfortable (and distracted) as I focused on the patient in the chair. The kids got to watch Finding Nemo on the screens on the ceiling, they were given prizes for doing a great job and a goody bag with new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. The kids had a good time...and got their teeth cleaned at the same time!”
